“CHEESY THE CLOWN” Cheeseball  (Or Rodeo Clown for a Cowboy Party)

2 - 8 ounce packages of cream cheese

2 cups shredded white cheese such as Monterrey Jack, White Cheddar, or Italian blend.

Seasonings of your choice (dash of onion powder, garlic powder and salt to taste)

Decorations:

Julienned carrot

Black olive slices

Slices of cucumber peel

Red bell pepper

Cherry tomato

Blend cheeses and seasonings together and form into a ball. Add carrot for hair, strips of cucumber skin and olive slices stuffed with cheese mixture for eyes, red bell pepper cut into smile for mouth and cherry tomato for nose. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and chill until serving. Serve on top of coffee filters for ruffled collar.
