PRINCESS GAME SUGGESTIONS:

Pass the Poison Apple - This is a version of hot potato uses a shiny red apple instead of a potato.  Guests will sit in a circle and pass the apple around as quickly as they can while the music plays.  When the music stops, the player holding the "poison" apple is out.

Race For the Royal Gold - You can create the "Royal Gold" for this game by spray painting small rocks and pebbles with gold spray paint.  You'll need enough to fill a small bucket, bowl or "treasure chest". You can also use large glass or plastic beads and make it a race for the "Royal Jewels".  Put the gold or jewels at one end of the room or yard and create a starting line at the other end.  Partner the girls into teams of two.  Have the first team line up on the starting line and give one of them a bag or purse, and the other a spoon.  You can vary the size of the spoon you use depending on the size of the "gold or jewels",  Give the player with the spoon a set amount of time to run to the gold and scoop as much with the spoon as she can.  She must then carry the loot back to her partner as quickly as she can, but trying not to drop any along the way.  Her partner will be  waiting back at the finish line holding the bag or purse for the gold to be dropped in. The "scooper" can go back and forth as many times as she can if the set amount of time you've determined.  When her time is up, she holds the bag for her partner and they switch roles. When their turn is over.  Count up their gold.  Then return it to the bucket and give the spoon and bag to the next team.  When each team has had a turn, determine the winner by who gathered the most gold.

The Princesses Purse -  For this game you'll need a good sized purse, the fancier the better, as this is the "Princess Purse." Fill the purse with a variety of different objects.  The don't have to be items that you would normally carry in a purse.  Be creative.Throw in unrelated, random objects: a rubber ducky, baby bottle, seashell, nail polish, etc. Have the children take turns pulling an item from the bag, while blindfolded or with eyes closed. If they can guess what the item is, give them a point.  You'll need enough items for each child to have multiple turns.  The guests should also have an equal number of turns.  The child with the most correct guesses wins the game.

Bippity Boppity Boo - This is the princesses version of "Duck, Duck, Goose".  In this alternative, the princess circling the group repeats "Bippity Boppity, Bippity Boppity, Bippity Boppity  . . . Until she chooses a player to chase by touching them on the shoulder with her wand and saying "Boo!"
